Lee Webster, President, from Plymouth has served in chief leadership positions with the National Home Funeral Alliance and the Green Burial Council, and helped found the National End-of-Life Doula Alliance and the Conservation Burial Alliance while directing NH Funeral Resources and is now president of White Mountain Conservation Burial. She is a frequent guest lecturer at civic venues and college campuses, and course designer and instructor of mortuary and cemetery certification classes. Webster is the author of several books, including Changing Landscapes, The After-Death Care Educators Handbook, and The Green Burial Masterclass Companion.

Nick Paul, Vice President, was born and raised in Concord. Nick has had the pleasure of working as the Director of Legislative Affairs at Clean Energy NH since 2022, leading the decarbonization of New Hampshire's economy. He has managed competitive electoral campaigns in New Hampshire as well as several states across the nation. He also has experience with grassroots advocacy organizations like RESULTS, Protect the Granite State and NextGen Climate, mobilizing activists on issues such as global poverty, education, public health, energy and the environment.

Marsha Campaniello, Treasurer, has been a NH Certified General Appraiser for over 20 years with a diverse client list including municipalities, engineering firms, non-profit organizations, conservation groups, banks, churches and individual property owners. She has been involved in over 25 legal cases; has authored numerous articles; and taught a variety of Appraisal seminars. In addition, Marsha was a conversion project manager for a bank software company both here and abroad, and spent years in bank management. In her spare time, she uses her permaculture gardens as a basis for tours and presentations.

Bill Crangle, Director, has been the go-to financial advisor for various NH conservation groups since his retirement as Vice President for Financial Administration at Plymouth State University and Professor of Environmental Sustainability. He has since helped shepherd the NH Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, the Society for the Protection of New Hampshire Forests, the NH Chapter of the Audubon Society, and the Loon Preservation Committee. He is an avid hiker, fisherman, and birder.

Ivy Haase, Director, is an attorney who fell in love with New Hampshire during law school. After returning from living in the mid-Atlantic and abroad, she represents clients of all sizes around the Granite State. While at college in Philadelphia, she served as the Dep. Director of Sustainability; in law school at UNH, she served as President of the Student Bar Association where she continued her passion for sustainability. Outside of the office, she's an avid hiker and lover of all things outdoors.

Julie Lanoie, Director, grew up in the Mount Washington Valley and has spent most of her career in community health roles with a focus on hospice, palliative care, and mental health. She is the current executive director of Tamworth Community Nurse Association, in Tamworth, NH. She was a founding member of New Hampshire Funeral Resources, Education, and Advocacy, and has served as a home funeral educator and guide for families in her community for many years, and consulted with families planning private natural burials throughout the area.

Michele Lovell, Director, has served on the nonprofit board of the Hospice Help Foundation and is an active member of the board of trustees of NH Health Care Decisions Coalition. She has extensive teaching experience as adjunct professor in nursing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and the University of New Hampshire, including the popular Death and Dying course where students study alternative funeral and disposition options. She currently provides training and services at North Country Healthcare throughout communities north of the Notch.

Deanna Pilkenton, Director, is a Certified Nurse Midwife who has worked in clinical midwifery practice and education for nearly 25 years. She was an Instructor at Vanderbilt University for ten years, and is currently an adjunct professor at University of New Hampshire. For the past 8 years, she has taught Death and Dying, a course offered to students of all majors at UNH. She currently sits on the executive board of the NH Affiliate of the American College of Nurse Midwives. She lives in Durham with her husband and four children.

Steve Whitman, Director, is a professional planner and educator who has been working in the public, nonprofit, and private sectors in New England for over twenty-five years. Steve is the founder of Resilience Planning & Design and his work includes comprehensive planning projects in small towns and large cities, topic specific studies, and regional and watershed scale natural resource planning. Steve serves as a board member for the non-profit Mill City Park in Franklin and is a founding member of the Pemi-Baker Trails Committee.

Sarah Arslanian, Secretary, is a death doula and caregiver based in the Portsmouth area. She is the founder and Executive Director of Lotus and Lavender Burial, a nonprofit working to create a natural burial cemetery in the Seacoast. She has a degree in neuroscience and was previously a project manager for global health clinical research projects in neurology.
The Honorable Bill Bolton, Director, is the former State Registrar and Director of the Division of Vital Records Administration under the NH Secretary of State's Office. His extensive civic service and environmental advocacy spans a variety of commissions and boards, including the Pemigewasset River Local Advisory Committee, Conservation Commission, Energy Commission and Plymouth's Select Board and Planning Board. He is the current Democratic member of the NH House of Representatives representing Grafton 8.
